The following incident occurred while performing an FAT. The customer was old school control but showed he had a good sense of humour.
Customer: Can I change that high alarm?
Me: Well you can if you have an engineers key.
Customer: What happens if I try to change it without the key?
Me: You will get an error beep and the DCS will say you are not an engineer.
Customer: How does it know that!
